How Two-Way Sync Works

When a customer books an appointment, an event is automatically created in your Google Calendar with their name, phone, address, and service type.

If you reschedule or cancel the event in Google Calendar, the booking record in this app updates automatically via push notifications.

Watch channels are renewed automatically every 12 hours so sync never lapses.
