What Our Customers Say

I cannot say enough good things about USA Baths. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, everything was professional and stress-free. The crew showed up on time, finished in one day, and the shower looks absolutely beautiful. The solid surface walls are so easy to clean — I wish I'd done this years ago.

We had three other companies quote us before calling USA Baths. Not only was the price fair, but they were the only ones who didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. The finished bathroom is stunning. Our neighbors keep asking who did the work.

The old tile shower had grout that was impossible to keep clean. USA Baths replaced the whole thing with solid surface walls and a frameless glass door. It looks like something out of a magazine. The one-day installation was not a gimmick — they were done by 4pm.

My mother needed a safer bathing solution after her hip surgery. USA Baths installed a walk-in tub that gave her back her independence. The team was patient, respectful, and explained every step. The lifetime warranty gave us real peace of mind.

Replaced a 30-year-old tub and surround. The new setup looks incredible — clean lines, no grout, and the quality is obvious. The pricing was exactly what they quoted. No surprises on the invoice. That alone sets them apart from every other contractor I've worked with.

We've been putting off this remodel for years because we dreaded the process. USA Baths made it completely painless. The design consultant listened to exactly what we wanted, the installation crew was clean and courteous, and the result exceeded our expectations. Five stars without hesitation.
