Bathroom Remodel FAQ

Question 1

How does the process work from first call to finished bathroom?

Accepted Answer

It starts with a free in-home consultation. One of our project specialists visits your home, measures your space, walks you through material and design options, and gives you a clear price. Once you decide to move forward, we schedule your installation and our crew handles everything from removal to final cleanup.

Question 2

Do I need to be home during the installation?

Accepted Answer

We ask that an adult homeowner be present at the start of the project so we can walk through the plan together and answer any last-minute questions. After that, many customers go about their day. We'll check in with you before we leave and walk you through the finished work.

Question 3

Will there be a lot of dust and mess in my home?

Accepted Answer

We take job-site cleanliness seriously. Our crews use drop cloths, contain debris, and do a thorough cleanup before they leave. You won't be left with a construction zone.

Question 4

What are solid surface stone walls and why are they better than tile?

Accepted Answer

Solid surface walls are made from a dense, non-porous composite material that looks like natural stone but has no grout lines. Because there's no grout, there's nothing to stain, crack, or harbor mold. They're easier to clean, more durable, and look beautiful for decades without resealing or regrouting.

Question 5

Will my new bathroom look like everyone else's?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. We offer a range of wall patterns, colors, and fixture styles so your bathroom reflects your taste. Our project specialist will show you options during the consultation and help you put together a look that fits your home.

Question 6

How long will my new bathroom last?

Accepted Answer

Our solid surface walls and acrylic bases are built to last a lifetime — which is exactly why we back them with a lifetime warranty. With normal care, you should never need to replace them.

Question 7

How is your pricing structured?

Accepted Answer

We give you a single, all-inclusive price after seeing your space. That price covers materials, labor, removal of your old fixtures, and cleanup. Every customer gets the same price for the same work — we don't inflate quotes to manufacture a fake discount.

Question 8

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Our lifetime warranty covers the solid surface walls and shower bases we install against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your home. If something isn't right, we make it right — period.

Question 9

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with financing partners to help make your project affordable. Ask your project specialist about available options during your consultation.

Question 10

Is there a pressure to decide on the spot?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. We give you a price and let you think it over. We don't use high-pressure tactics or manufactured urgency. When you're ready, we're here.

Question 11

Who is a walk-in bathtub right for?

Accepted Answer

Walk-in tubs are popular with seniors and anyone with limited mobility, arthritis, or balance concerns. The low step-in threshold, built-in grab bars, and anti-slip floor make bathing safer and more comfortable. They're also a great option for anyone who simply wants a therapeutic soaking experience.

Question 12

How does a walk-in tub drain — don't you have to wait inside while it empties?

Accepted Answer

Our walk-in tubs feature a fast-drain system that empties the tub quickly so you're not sitting in a cooling tub waiting to exit. We'll walk you through the full operation during your consultation.

Question 13

Can a walk-in tub be installed in my existing bathroom footprint?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes. Our project specialist will measure your space during the free consultation and confirm fit before any work begins. Walk-in tubs are designed to replace a standard tub in the same footprint.
